Position: HR Intern
Location: Hyderabad
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: Unpaid and No fee is required to get into the internship.

Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Participate in employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and market trends.
- Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
